A word of welcome from the Secretary-General


It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to UWED MUN Club’s website and offer you to become a part UWED MUN in 2019.

We are grateful for your interest in the conference and the theme it is highlighting this year. The Secretariat hopes and believes that we all can make our own little contribution to change things around us for better, and sometimes to overcome hardest evils and unjust reality, we first need to acknowledge and discuss the issues.

Uplifting this relatively new to our minds topics of women empowerment and gender equality, we acknowledge the responsibility it comes with. Moreover, this year not limiting ourselves to discussing the topic at the conference only, our team put a tremendous effort to launch and run a media campaign that seeks to raise awareness on the topics.

Let UWED MUN be a place where you acquire new knowledge, go through very special experience and last but not least build long-lasting friendships.
